The Stiglich-Merriam House was built for Frank Stiglich, brother of Cosmo, about 1889 and remained in the Stiglich-Paskvan family until 1937. Since 1944 it has belonged to M. Merriam. A one-story, hipped-roof cottage with rear addition, it has early settlement 6/6/ windows and a central entrance sheltered by a full-width porch with four posts and a railing. A simple vernacular form, this house has retained it architectural integrity nearly a century.
